  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Salted Butter chilled
  • 1 cup Organic Sugar
  • 2 Farm Fresh Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Artisan Ham chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, and smoked paprika in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the chilled butter into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the dough comes together.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese and chopped ham gently.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Bake the Dish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Let the dish cool for 10 minutes before serving.
