Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounce Pumpkin Puree canned, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • pinch Salt
  • Assorted Dippers graham crackers, apple slices, ginger snaps, pretzels, cinnamon sugar pita chips

Method
 

  1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. Optionally microwave for 15-20 seconds if short on time.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add pumpkin puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Stir in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
  6. Transfer chilled pumpkin dip to serving bowl. Arrange dippers around bowl and serve immediately.
