Prepare the Berries

- Place the crackers in a sealable bag and give them a light crush. Set them aside in a separate bowl.
Toast the Nuts
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the nuts and toast them for about three minutes until they release a nutty fragrance.
Whisk the Dressing
- In a small jar, combine honey, balsamic vinaigrette, and a pinch of salt. Shake it well until emulsified.
Combine the Herbs
- Finely chiffonade the mint and basil. Add them to the bowl with the strawberries.
The Final Toss
- Drizzle the dressing over the berries and herbs. Toss gently. Finally, sprinkle the crackle mixture and toasted nuts over the top.
