  • 1 sleeve Crackers buttery round crackers, crushed but not pulverized
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Almonds toasted and chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
