- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the broccolini. Trim the tough ends and slice thick stalks lengthwise to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, thinly sliced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir to blend flavors.
- Add the broccolini to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat all stalks with the oil mixture.
- Season the broccolini with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss again to distribute evenly.
- Arrange the broccolini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until tender-crisp with lightly charred edges. Check at 10 minutes for preferred doneness.
