red food coloring

strawberry or raspberry jam

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
Arrange the cinnamon rolls in a brain-like shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave small gaps between rolls for better baking.
Bake the cinnamon rolls for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the cinnamon rolls bake, prepare the frosting by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and creamy.
Add red food coloring to the frosting until you achieve the desired brain color.
Once the rolls are cool enough to handle, pipe the frosting onto the rolls to create the ridges of a brain.
If desired, drizzle strawberry or raspberry jam over the cinnamon roll brains for an extra spooky 'blood' effect.
