  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef 90/10 blend
  • 2 large Potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold, peeled and diced
  • 1 can Beans Ranch style beans or pinto beans
  • 1 can Corn Whole kernel corn or frozen sweet corn
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper green, diced
  • 1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce small can
  • 4 cups Beef Broth high quality, low sodium if preferred
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder cumin chili powder soup seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 drop Liquid Smoke
  • 1 link Smoked Sausage Kielbasa or Andouille, sliced

Reheat on the stovetop over medium-low heat to prevent the potatoes from becoming too mushy.
