Spaghetti Carbonara

Classic Italian pasta dish with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and black pepper.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Spaghetti Dry spaghetti
  • 150 g Pancetta Diced
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 100 g Pecorino Romano Grated
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a pan, fry pancetta until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs, cheese, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss with drained pasta, adding reserved water as needed.
