- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add your taco seasoning and a splash of water. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the beef beautifully.
- While the beef simmers, ensure your seasoned rice is fluffy and warm.
- Soften your flour tortillas in a dry pan for about 10 seconds per side. They should be warm and flexible.
- Spread a generous spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of the tortilla.
- Top the cheese with a scoop of seasoned beef and a scoop of rice. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican cheese blend over the top.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and a handful of fiesta strips.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly. Sear the outside of the burrito on the skillet for 30 seconds to lock in the melty cheese.

Notes
For a spicy kick, add pickled jalapeños or a swirl of fire sauce inside before rolling. If you have more mouths to feed and less time to roll, try turning these ingredients into a easy beef enchilada casserole recipe.
