  • 4 large Potatoes Yukon Gold or Russets
  • 8 oz Bacon sliced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 large Onions diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Chives chopped
