Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1 cup Oats old-fashioned or rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder high-quality, organic preferred
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
For Toppings
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 1/4 cup Berries blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds optional

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
  2. Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into 4 clean mason jars or airtight containers.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve and Garnish
  1. Before serving, give the oats a good stir and add desired toppings such as chia seeds, berries, and slivered almonds.
