This creamy corn pudding is a family favorite that's perfect for Thanksgiving or any cozy occasion. For a cheesy variation, stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. To keep it vegan, substitute almond milk and vegan heavy cream alternative, and replace eggs with flax eggs.
