- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the thawed corn, milk, heavy cream, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
- Pour into Dish: Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the corn pudding is set and lightly golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Cool Slightly: Let the pudding cool for a few minutes before serving.
