Preheat Your Traeger Grill:
Set your Traeger grill to 350°F (177°C) and preheat with your choice of wood pellets (alder or applewood work well for fish).
Prepare the Fish:
Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Brush the fillets with olive oil on both sides to prevent sticking and to enhance the flavor.
In a small bowl, mix the Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the fish fillets, coating both sides.
Grill the Fish:
Place the seasoned fish fillets directly on the grill grates, skin side down if applicable.
Close the lid and grill for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
During the last few minutes of grilling, place lemon slices on top of each fillet for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
Serve:
Remove the fish from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of grilled lemon juice.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
