Method
- Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions.
- Generously grease a 24 cup mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- While the brownies are still hot and soft, use the back of a measuring teaspoon to press an indentation into the center of each bite.
- Let the brownie bites cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Mix vanilla frosting with a few drops of green and a tiny drop of yellow food coloring to achieve a vibrant witchy green hue.
- Spoon or pipe the green frosting into the indentation of each brownie bite.
- Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the top to create a bubbling effect.
- Insert a mini pretzel stick in half into the side of the frosting to look like a stirring stick.
- Optional: Place candy eyes in the 'brew' for extra spookiness.
- Allow the frosting to set for about 30 minutes before serving.
