  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Cream or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

  6. Place the jars in the refrigerator for at least four hours, though overnight is best.
