Ingredients
  

Branzino Fish

  • 2 whole branzino cleaned and scaled

Seasonings & Herbs

  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20–25 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the flesh is opaque.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs and extra lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Branzino pairs well with Mediterranean sides like roasted vegetables, couscous, or a Greek salad. For an extra flavor boost, drizzle with a lemon butter sauce before serving.
